This service is offered to individuals (18yrs old +) who are seeking a safe space to explore and navigate issues that arise in everyday life, management of mental health conditions, and/or concerns.
This service is available during specific periods of time with the purpose of operating as a support group for individuals (18yrs old + ) who would like a safe space to express themselves, feel part of a community, and learn from others.
This service is offered to support individuals (18 yrs old +) who have directly and/or indirectly experienced domestic violence/abuse. This service is offered as a safe space for individuals to heal from their trauma.
This service is available for all individuals (18yrs old +) who would like to consult in order to affirm and/or gain clarity regarding their interest in services listed and determine their participation/ booking of a session.
This service entails receiving individual therapy with a specific focus on reproductive health. It is offered as a safe space for individuals (18 yrs old + ) to process their journey as a result of experiencing symptoms of..or experiencing a potential diagnosis of...or may have been officially diagnosed with a reproductive health condition.
